As the Director of Communications and Business Relations, Nandita's role is to oversee and manage all aspects of communication within our organization and foster positive relationships with external stakeholders. She is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand reputation.
Through strategic planning and execution, she ensures that our internal and external communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with our company's ethics, values and goals. She works closely with various teams to create compelling content, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts, to effectively convey our messages to our target audience.
She actively engages with our business partners, clients, and other stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, understand their needs and concerns, and effectively address any issues and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Nandita is a graduate in Mass communication and holds NISM certificate as a Mutual Fund Distributor.

Surjita is a commerce graduate, having completed her Chartered Accountants-IPCC and is a qualified CFPⓇ
Surjita joined the team in February 2013, and during her years working as an Associate Financial Planner (AFP) under the guidance of Senior Financial Planners, Surjita built on her knowledge from her studies and gained the experience of assisting in all aspects of client financial goal achievement process. Having attained the necessary qualifications and experience as an AFP. Surjita continues to feel passionate about delivering a high-quality service and developing new strategies to ensure her clients' financial well-being.
Surjita joined the team in February 2013, and during her years working as an Associate Financial Planner (AFP) under the guidance of Senior Financial Planners, Surjita built on her knowledge from her studies and gained the experience of assisting in all aspects of client financial goal achievement process. Having attained the necessary qualifications and experience as an AFP. Surjita continues to feel passionate about delivering a high-quality service and developing new strategies to ensure her clients' financial well-being.
She is currently the Director at DVS Associates Pvt Ltd.
